"The airline scored a 61 out of 100 in overall satisfaction on the Consumer Reports scale. Scores above 60 mean those surveyed were "fairly well satisfied," according to the ratings guide."

I am proud of us for performing to such a high standard while earning wages anywhere from 50-70% that of our competitors. We are stellar individuals and demonstrate both character and professionalism!

I am serious.

At the low fare levels we are charging for "luxury" air travel, anything better than teh service you get at Mallwart or McDowell's should be considered "above and beyond."

Who can share examples of better treatment at Amtrak or Greyhound than that you provide to your customers personally, day in day out? They both charge far more to travel slower.

Perspective - How does it work?

We never had this problem until the west showed up!!

Your crappy airlines have been the bottom rock in the industry before AWA acquired USAir. Remember this.
A cristmas Nightmare
US Airways employees called in sick over the 2004 Christmas holidays, turning airports into refugee centers and creating baggage back-ups of previously unseen proportions. Travelers were outraged and airline executives rushed to apologize. But some workers remain adamant.

You just can't fix stupid. Stick around Junior, we'll show you how to operate an airline successfully, negotiate a better contract (our C2004 is pretty darn good....I had a mechanical, deadhead & two legs A-sectioned yesterday due to delays caused w/ the mechanical...all @ 100% pay......schweeeet!), and teach you how to treat passengers in a way that they will want to return.

Ready.......FIRE!!!......aim.......:bomb:
