Ok, after being scared of doing this since i started flying in 01' it has happend. I have little hope that im getting it back. Im at a company now and can look up some records to get someone to notorize and someone from the FSDO to sign off on a new logbook. Is this going to be good enough for an airline? I wont have any logged entires of my checkrides. I know some airlines like those to be tabed to talk about for the interview. Any input would be helpful.

I not only had my logbook taken, a passport, fcc license, medical, diplomas, copys of ss card. I just came back from an interview when this happend. Thanks for the help guys.

BTW: It was at DTW, NWA long term parking garage on level 3C. It was a black brief case (soft cheap leather). If anyone knows anything or someone i can call id appriciate it. The police, and the people that dont really care in the parking garage are aware.

Make sure you have filed the appropriate police reports, this is much more serious than losing a logbook.
Make sure you have fraud alerts with the credit reporting agencies.

Thanks for that, it would be pretty easy for someone to into anything i have with this info.

Replacing all this stuff is a pretty big task...
