Does anyone know how/who to contact to be assigned to a specific AF UPT training base (i.e. Moody, Vance, Whiting Field, Columbus)?

That's pretty funny. Not trying to be sarcastic, but you better go back and read the fine print on that contract you signed. You're in the military now...you go where some personnel-type decides they want you to go "for the good of the Air Force". Wherever you go, concentrate on mastering the curriculum and graduating, then you can get out into the active duty side of the house and start manipulating the system a (very little) bit. But...you do have a shot at getting the one you want, just a lot closer to a 20% chance rather than 100% chance at it. Good luck...

I have been active duty for almost two years now and have heard from most pilots that they got to go where they wanted. Apparently they filled out a dream sheet after being selected. I just need to know who to talk to about this (i.e. AFPC, DPAOT, AETC).

You could begin by going to the AFPC web site to get some basic info. Also, have your been selected to go to UPT? If so, the dream sheet process will involve your commander, your wishes, availability of UPT classes, etc. Is your priority a location or getting into a class ASAP? I would take the first available base = bird in the hand. Despite what others may say, there is no guarantee of a particular assignment coming out of a particular UPT base...ie, if you go to Columbus you will get a C-17, or if you go to Shepard you will get a F-16. Bottom line...do your best, graduate as high as possible. As mentioned before...the needs of the AF is the big trump card. Good luck.

You'll fill out the dream sheet when you're getting ready to PCS. AFPC is usually pretty good about getting people their first choice, however it all comes down to timing (along with everything else in life). The best place to start is your local MPF, but they'll probably tell you to wait until they are ready for you to fill it out.
