Try Richmor Aviation out of Columbia Co (1B1) and Schenectady. They have (or did have) a rather large charter department. (Although,I did hear they laid off some pilots not too long ago). Might be worth a call. Their # is (518)828-9461

You might also try North American Flight Services out of Saratoga Springs. I know a couple of people who got laid off by Richmor who are now flying a KingAir with them. Their # is 888-359-7912

If Burlington, VT isn't too far out of your way, Heritage Flight is a pretty good company. They're flying King Air C90's, Citations of a few different breeds as well as a Challenger. Greg Bean is the guy you'll want to ask for.

Pittsfield, MA is just across the river from Albany. There is a goodoperator in Pittsfield. Last I knew they were running a LR25 and 2HS800s. Just can't remember their name.
