I was hoping any of the UPS folks could answer this. Does UPS let military add the 0.2 to each sortie? Second, as far as recommendations go, what exactly makes someone "management." Would the manager of the Spokane UPS station count or is it meant to be someone from coporate level? Any help would be great. Thanks!
