UPS Pay Question

Do most guys fly less then the 75 or 81 hour gurantee. If it safe to say take the yearly pay rate and take it times the guarantee each month (28 or 30) to get what you will get paid.

The union says that the average ups pay across the board for your seat is your (hourly pay times 1000) +15%. That would give you a fairly close ballpark number for what to expect year to year. If you pick up a lot of opentime/ja, you can expect more.
