It's either feast or famine at the UPS pilot recruitment barn.

Instead of moderate hiring, UPS waits until the last possible minute to resume hiring pilots. Which means long years with little movement, but followed eventually by a big hiring push which can take a pilot from a junior F/O position to a senior F/O in 2 years.

I expect we'll hire again following a new contract (late 2005 at the earliest).
