Interviewed with UPS last week and got this today:
The "First Officer" job you have inquired about has been filled. You may go to http://www.upsjobs.com and check for other opportunities with ups.

Is this just an automated response, or a really bad sign?

I also got the same email. My application still shows on file on the website and I have never interviewed. Strange?

thanks

Just spoke to HR. They are taking down the old apps (to open up a new one????), so its just an auto response to everyone. He said I should not take it as a negative response to the interview. Standing by.

I received the same e-mail as well. However, I have not interviewed with UPS. I agree that it must be a precursor to wiping out their app database and has nothing to do with people who have already interviewed...

Hey all,

I was up on the websie last week and did not see any pilot openings. So I have a few ??? for those in the know.

Mins?
4 Year degree?
Application process?
Anticipated hiring?

Thanks in advance.

Received the same e-mail as my heart sank. Have not interviewed. Completed the online assessment on June 28th and was asked to send an updated resume the first week of July? Have not heard anything yet. My application still shows active. Any help please?

Got the note, too. I interviewed in May (rejected :bawling:). Sounds like everyone in their app system is getting it.

Hey 707

As far as Im concerned you should have rejected UPS. They F'uccked up not hiring you.

Weellll, I don't think I would have worded it quite that way myself, but I do appreciate the sentiment, my friend! My main career goal post-military, and I blow it... Enjoy the beach next month! Hope we pick up lots more o' that stuff!
