is this true? if an applicant is in their first year at brand x, i heard ups will NOT even touch someone? something about loyality?

what if someone is in the pool at ups, and still in year 1 at brand x, will ups touch them?

Not true at all. There have been many guys hired out of their first year at jetblue, SWA, Airtran etc.
