UPS, April 23rd Class

Anyone else in the UPS 23rd April Class? Recieved the call today.

I interviewed JAN 24, and was unable to make the original class offer of FEB 26

Offered FO 767SDF, MD11ANC, 757MIA. Preferenced myself in that order. Orginally interviewed for mgmt position in Aug. 05. Not hired then. Put in online app in Jan 07 with the new window. (didn't have to interview again)Online assesment and email resume end of Feb. Called for drug test 3 Mar., took test Mar. 20th(on trip overseas till then). Called today with class date.

So you interviewed tfor a management position and didn't get it? Then you just got hired for the line after another interview?

Man you don't know how lucky you were to NOT have gotten that mgt job. Our FO payrates are good now, but there are some really nice raises coming on Jan 1 in the next few years. Your 2d and 3d year rates will be $111/124 respectively. Add on another 4.50 if you are intl. Your yearly min will be pay rate X 75 X 13. (75 is guarantee and we have 13 pay periods annually.)

Lucky, Thats an understatement. But not asking to many ?. Just along for the ride and enjoying it all.
