UPS Application ?

I am trying to fill out the application. It will only let me put my contact info in and answer the basic question like do you have a 1000 PIC, FE written etc. I have answered yes to all of them. I hit continue and it say's Thank you for considering UPS. How do I fill out the full apllication. Thanks for your help.

I think the window is closed. It probably won't allow you to fill the application out.
