Updated Miami Air Info Please

Current Miami guys and gals,

I got a called from the CP for an interview, and would like to know what kind of pay , QoL, Schedule, upgrade time, contract length, etc. Any info would be helpful.

Did a search, nothing much came up other than old stuff. I understand a TA was turned down last year, what were the improvements asked for and what was agreed to in that TA?

A friend was telling me he interviewed with MA a few weeks ago. This is what I remember from the conversation.

• Three year contract
• PIC type
• 737-800

Pay somewhere in the neighborhood of 38-42k

When he asked about upgrades he didn't get a straight answer.

He turned down the job. MA called him about 10 times for two weeks following the interview, he never answered.
