UAL pilots are not responsible for this but if you could please pass on to your management how happy we are that our non-rev pass benefits were canceled with less than 12 hours notice. We were told that we would have pass benefits through April while we finished out the ski season and ASE flying. This has stranded MANY families because we were told several times that they would last to the end of April.

Thanks UAL for kicking us in the teeth...again.
