Resume Sent 02/11/05 Acts as the central agency for the coordination and resolution of all operational support problems concerning Flight Dispatch. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • domestic and international flight route construction for the North Atlantic, Pacific and South American arenas, including extended twin engine flight routings and support records.
  • construction and generation of domestic en route driftdown data.
  • Flight following and reconciliation of missing operational data.
  • The generation of origin and destination aircraft/city pair flying time record for diversions and charter operations.
  • The entry of gross weight NOTAMs and/or notes.
  • Aircraft nose number changes.
  • Monitor record generation for test hops and flight verifications.
  • AIP revisions/Jeppesen Manual revisions for an extensive international library.
  • Monitoring and generation of extra flying, charter routes and associated records to support flight operations, dispatch and the OCC.
  • NOTAM desk support, including the analysis of domestic FDC and international NOTAMs for the adverse impact on flight operations.
  • Editing and distribution of operational information to SFO engineering analysis and DENTK.
  • The review and entry of chart NOTAM data in conjunction with AIP data.
  • The review and entry of Navigation NOTAM data.
  • The delivery of operational data to DENTK for publication.
  • The review of extra flying destinations/alternate NOTAMs.
  • Airport database support, the upkeep and maintenance of operational SAMI pages.
  • Periodic review and upkeep of database records/operational statistics.
  • Other duties as assigned by management, including manpower planning for flight dispatch.
  • The position is operational in nature, requiring shift work, 365/24h coverage.

    EDUCATION:

    High school graduate.

    EXPERIENCE:

    FAA Dispatch Certificate or equivalent required with a minimum of two years dispatch/airline operations and/or field operations such as station planning, etc. (Private pilot's license or above preferred).
