A friend of mine is applying for this one also. Says U-Haul treats its PC12 like it was another rental truck. Mechanically sound, but not pretty to look at. Apparently the interior is pretty well trashed, and the paint don't look too hot either. Afraid I don't know what s/n or even if its a Series 9 or 10. Hope this is of some help to you.

Well heck...I should feel right at home them...some of them 402's I fly are mechanically sound but look...well..."well lived in" I think is the polite term!

nuthin' wrong with single AHRS unless it fails...

If U-Haul is as cheap as they appear, their insurance will not cover your times. The "cheap" insurance runs around $45k per premium and has an "Open" pilot policy requirement with 3500TT and 1000Turbine and of course Simcom every 12 mos.

How long has it been since you last worked in the PC12? Where were you working?

No AHRS? Man up. I would rather have the mechanicals on the right than another set of useless tubes.

I just rented a truck from Uhaul when I moved. What a piece of CRAP!! They should rename the company Rent-a Wreck!
