I've seen TWIP pop up on a lot of Jepp charts lately (where D-ATIS and TDWR information usually is).

Anyone had any experience with it? From what the AIM says, I guess it downloads information in real-time to cockpits, like radar, METAR and TDWR/ASR-9 wx info...so the pilots have a real-time and graphical view of microbursts, wind shear, rain, etc.

Sounds cool, but never seen it.

I've used it but was not tremendously impressed. It provides a very coarse representation of hazardous weather in a terminal area. As I remember is was about a 10x10 mile area centered over the airport and had symbology (X,-,0, / and others) displayed on a grid. Not something you could use for real time navigation in the terminal area though it would let you know if you had a line of thunderstorms or wind events moving through.
