If you are free-lance instructor, but are not going to train alien students, do you need to register as a training provider? Or do you just need to comply with the rule for verifying citizenship?
Also, are aircraft fuelers and other line personnel required to take the TSA training, or is it only CFIs and dispatch personnel?
