How can you run a check on the no - fly list?
Is this list accessible only to certain individuals or is it made public somewhere. I have been unsuccessful in my searches thus far...

Thanks..

No it is not available to the public, only to approved, vetted personnel on a security program.

I Apologize, a better way to word that question.....
Does a corporate flight department have the ability to check passengers against the no-fly list? The concern is not with companys regular passengers, but with other companies employees who we transport time to time. We would like to check them against the list.
sound better?

Unless you are on TFSSP (ie commercial operator over 12,500 lbs) or one of the other security programs (?DASSP, TSAAC, PCSSP not sure the protocols with those)- no.

I clear people through the no fly list for fractionals. Good like trying to do it yourself. It took a long time for me to get cleared to do it, I am not sure if there is even a place you can go to pay and have them cleared.
