What's going on at Transtates Airlines? Someone said they were shrinking even more?

A memo came out yesterday. Closing IAD overnight MX base (20+ people). Also some sort of management shakeup which wasn't talked about in the memo. Everyone is saying that the flight managers are being sent back to the line or something...

Basically, the tone of the memo was not positive and in fact kind of ominous. No growth. No new planes.
