I fly a transport category 135. I've been told that we can't repo 91, or fly with the flight deck door open on live legs. I would like to see these in writing, can anyone help? Thanks
 
Can't help you with the door question, but I don't see why you can't fly empty for repositioning. We fly 74's into Hong Kong part 91 all the time.
