Transition Lenses?

Photocromic (Transition) Lenses?

I was thinking of trying some photocromic (transition) lenses for my eyeglasses. Corning has new sunsensor and thin & dark lenses that go virtually clear indoors and sunglass dark outdoors.

Has anyone tried these for flying...do they work O.K. in the cockpit?
