Not sure how many this will apply to but if you are looking to transition to Marine KC-130's in the reserves, the message is out. Requirement is that you are already a Marine helo/fixed wing aviator and currently in the reserves. Commitment is 4 years of which you can expect at least two 6 month deployments. The one weekend a month and two weeks a year is about how much time you can expect to be at home with your family. Duty location is Stewart ANGB, Newburgh, NY. For more information, go to usmc.mil and look up MARADMINS. The message in it's entirety is in there.
