What is first year pay at TSA? What is second year pay? What is the min. days off per month? What is the monthly guarantee? Is there cancellation pay? What is the likely amount a newhire is going to make 1st year? Is there a seat-lock for newhires? What do you think the upgrade will be for a person who has the required hours? Thanks

Hi!

Total 1st yr. is about $24K. 1600/mo. in tng plus per diem plus $800 to help with housing-low cost hotel available.

2nd yr. pay isn't much better unless you make capt. ERJ FOs make a little more.

I think 11 days off reserve, 12 with a line? Training is weekdays and can fly home on weekends.

Guar. is 95%? of block, with 80 hr. blocks min.

Yes seat lock.

Capt upgrade-who knows was 1-2 years

The J41 is the best plane-ERJ pays the most. Almost all pilots now based STL, some still in ??? VA.

They no longer offer the $800 in training.

When I was there they paid the hotel and i got my pay plus per diem. I guess things have changed a bit.
