Trans States Contract

I've got an interview with Trans States coming up... looking to be educated. Just curious what work rules, pay rates, min days off, applies. How do Trans States pilots like flying there?

I'm not sure about the pay etc.

I have a few friends there and they are good bunch of pilots getting screwed my bad management.
From what I hear, management will trip over a roll of $100's to pick up a dime.

My buddy has been at TSA for 3 years and is still stuck in the right seat of the J-41 looking at another 6mo. min. to move left......

Didn't you just get hired by Mesaba? If so, is the new allocation of jets to Pinnacle the reason for your short stay at Mesaba?

I'm asking for somebody else (he was signed in as me when he wrote this thread). The jets going to Pinnacle sucks for us but it was hard enough to get in here. I'm not going anywhere unless they make me! I've wanted to work here too much for too long to give up on it now. Talk about absolutely destroying morale around here though! We need the contract to go through now more than ever. This will either scare everybody into a not so great contract or piss everybody off enough to strike. Hopefully the latter. XJ FO's have nothing to stay here and look forward to now except a pay raise and better work rules.

I also have an interview comming up. The Teamsters are your union correct? What about the CQ stuff? I have heard their is some anger about that.
