Wondering if someone could explain how the pool works. I have a friend who was hired the other day by a regional and they told him that they are starting a pool. Well lucky him, he is the first one in the pool along with 2 others. My question is, how do they draw from the pool. Is it first in first out or do companies have the option of picking from the pool? Just wondering.
