Is there any outfits that do flight training for the Casa? Or is it always in house?

I have an opportunity to get some time in a 212, but I want to get the right training first! Thanks for the help!

Might want to give a call to Murray Air in YIP. I know they used to run some 212's though I am not sure if they have all be phased out yet.

Murray is no longer in the CA-212 business. CASA USA had a training dept until the early 90's when they disbanned it. I would think you would have to go overseas to get CA-212 training.

The airplane is a commonly used for sky diving operations, approx 17K MGTOW so a Type is required. There are a few examiners around the US who give the type rating. Most training is done in house in the airplane.

Evergreen operates Casa 212 in the Philippines. They current have openings. Does anyone know where in the Philippines they work out of or what they really do over there? Do you get shot at or anything else bad or high risk?

Blackwater

You will notice when you check under training at Blackwater it is all about shooting guns and blowing things up. Not much there about CA-212 training. BTW if you elect to go to work for them they have really high starting pay, over $150K for the first year, over 1/2 of it tax free.
