Training in San Diego

Hi guys,

A student of mine will be moving to San Diego in December. We're trying to get her private done prior to that. She wants to go on and get her instrument, commercial, multi, and maybe CFI. She has asked me to find out what I could about two schools:

Amelia Reid Aviation
Aviation Pacific

Anybody know anything about these places?

First: Amelia Reid is a great school, but it is in San Jose, not San Diego.

Seond: I don't anything about Aviation Pacific, but it is on Oxnard, which is North of Los Angeles, near Santa Barbara.

I got my tailwheel at Grey Eagle http://greyeagleaviation.com/ at CRQ. Older equipment and not as much selection as Pinnacle but everyone there was great and the Citabria was a blast.
