Need a little help here...I know NJA doesn't have a training contract. Does anyone know about Flexjet or CitationShares?
 
FLOPs is such a career company that they now (didn't use to before) use training contracts. Even our most senior pilots that move airplanes have to sigh a contract.

Yes, Flex has a 2 year training agreement. You are typed in the aircraft assigned as well.
