1) how do you get out of one?
2) what if safety issues are a concern?
3) see question #1 again
4) can a personallity conflict also be a safety issue, there are some people that I just don't want to fly with anymore. Flights can't be conducted safely with their additude.
5) see question #1 again

any Ideas? Are they ever enforced if there is a safety concern?

it can all depend on where you live and where the Co. is based, and how much money you would owe them.

Well, if you work for Colgan than I know it's ok to just leave because I know 2 people that did way before the contract expired....

Screw shysters that have training contrats. I wouldn't work for company that has one.
This was my first and last! I'll get out of aviation, and just fly for fun, before I do this again.
