Anyone ever fly for or have much information on Tradewinds aviation in Pontiac Michigan. They fly Hawkers and BE-200s

One of our pilots(who just left for a regional) instructed there and flew fo thier Corporate Eagle program. I think they mainly promote from within. Move up senior instructors into the king air etc. I do believe they have hired PIC's on occasion from outside of the company.

Not much but hope it helps.

Traditionally, Tradewinds only promotes their own flight instructors (from Tradewinds' Cessna Pilot Center) to their Corporate Eagle department. It's a great opportunity for fresh CFI's. In rare circumstances they may hire captains "off the street" depending on the company's needs. Good company, excellent maintenance.
