Isn't there a website where you can track tail numbers as they fly?

Is there anyway you can find out how many hours they have flown and/or where they land?

I'm still doing my research paper and would like to add some specific info in my paper.

flightaware.com You can track tail numbers, or airline flights as long as they are not blocked. The service is free and the website is easy to use and understand.

This may work for you, have to register, it's free though, shows all flights for the last six months for any N number.
