As you may have seen from my Sierra Academy post, I'm interested in becoming a professional pilot. What are the current thoughts on the ATP-Airline Career Pilot program? What do former and current instructors thing of the program? Are there currently any instructor jobs with ATP after finishing the program? Anywhere else?

Thanks,
Clear Skys!

Quite a bit of first-hand info on ATP on the JetCareers.com boards. Pretty much everyone on that board who's gone through ATP's career pilot program has been hired as an instructor afterward.

If you haven't already, do a search on this message board for ATPs. I know there are several people on this board, including myself who went through their program and have written several posts on it.

ATP

I'm sure you've already looked on the board and plenty of people have already written about the school.
I went through the career pilot program, and then instructed with them for over a year. The program was great, instructing for them is HARD, but you build great multi-time. Check out their website, shedule an interview at your nearest location, and see if its for you.
