I just finished reading an article which makes a mountain out of a mole hill! Read todays New York Post (2/23/04). On the front page they have an AAL 777 dumping fuel because of an engine failure. The press has got somthing out about KILLING the airlines!
Just wanted to get sosme feedbeack from the professionals!

It seems like the press tried to make it dramatic but the pax interviews seemed to show a non-event. Everybody seemed calm and relaxed.
 
The news media has always had a fixation on the aviation industry, this news should not come as a surprise to very many out there.
