One article indicated that the judge presiding over the case will make a decision by December 30th as to whether or not the pilots can strike.

I'm guessing he'll bar the pilots from a strike and rule that he did so in order to help Comair emerge from bankruptcy.

Best wishes to all of you at Comair. This is a bad situation and at a bad time, too.

what would happen if the comair pilots struck even after the judge barred it? That would be a great precedent to set.
