The current state of NJA

Since what I write always seems to get misinterpreted and misquoted here I want to set things straight ---

I can say without any doubt, hesitation or qualification, that since the contract has been ratified all of the crew on my flights have been great -- nice, courteous, no more chips on the shoulders, no attitudes, etc.

Thank you. It is a pleasure to fly with you and we appreciate all that you do.
