Not to complain, I love the 441 and it is the nicest handling airplane I have ever flown, compared to a Dash it is a sports car vs a truck.
However man this airplane is sensitvive to any kind of turbulence. My guess is because of the low wing loading, relative high speed of the aircraft and the overall light weight of the plane. I have found that it deos best if you slow to about Va or 170 - 175 KIAS and just accept you slower groundspeed for a somewhat better ride.(not always that much better) If you are above 190 KIAS man you are going to be up out of you seat if you penatrate any kind of non stratoform (sp?) clouds. If they are as small as 10 to 13k tall I have found you will regret even coming near them. I am talking about non-convective clouds too. I can't imagine trying to penatrate a CB with this plane.
Just curious if anyone else could share there expiernce/advice with me.
Thanks,
CD
