Thanks to the crew on flight 2965 from BGR - DTW, for helping us get on your flight. The little snot nosed 19 yr old behind the check in was being a d-bag. Nothing like flying the Saab to Maine for 3 hours and then being told by some kid you can't get on a plane you have confirmed seats for, while in uniform.

Bangor? I don't even know her!

Seriously, tho', it is imperative that we as crews look out for one another and do what we can to short-circuit the usually-due-to-ignorance-but-sometimes-deliberate-sabotage by gate agents. I've unneccessarily missed a few flights because of them, and I've saved a few folks trying to get on my airplane because I payed attention at the gate!

We in Atlanta have a few winners running the show, and act like they're trying to personally avenge decades of injustice by screwing fellow employees solely because they happen to be in a race to get home. Watch your back!

Heavy Maintenance base for Saabs. Bunch of Eagle , Colgan, and Mesaba planes up there

I guess a lot of the saabs sitting there were beng prepped to go to some airline in Australia

Those Saabs have been sitting there for years. Several of our old A models are still there from when we retired them 8 years ago. BGR is where Saabs go to die.

Maybe I should take the TOWOP and ferry some Saabs to Auz. Would probably make a heck of a lot more money for the month

I was gonna say. . . we had a hard time doing DTW-YOW-DTW in the 340.

Ah, YOW. Good times.
