Being a corp pilot its always nice to read this board. Folks are helpful and professional. Just wanted to say thanks for helping your fellow corp pilots out with questions and such.

On the other side of life I stumbled into the woods of the Frac board and wound up wrestling with what I believe to be a 800 pd housewife gorilla. Any way its was ugly. Just makes me think its really nice to have the group we have on this corp board ...thx.

hey I know her!

isn't she the "rising tide" cheerleader (my husband flew F16s)

this board is OK. I have gotten and passed on decent jobs here!

Yeah, I know her to. I think I just went 6 rounds with her to a draw decision. I'm staying on the corp side of life now.

I admire her drive to get better pay and bennies for frac pilots......but that women could train Osama bin Ladden on terrorist tactics.

Sorry, Country, this will be the last I mention her....lets get back to talking about Corp stuff- new airplanes, lots of time off, beer and women!

I have gone there as a casual observer as well...imagine a fight with that women over the remote. I would hope what you read there makes all of us (corp) appreciate our world even more !!!

Having been involved in a protracted contract fight in my previous life I can identify with her zeal.

Having been in that situation before, I have no desire to listen to it again.

I did get involved over on the frac board because I believed and still believe the desire to force NJI into a union shop is a seat grab--pure and simple. You can rationalize it any... OH CRAP! I'VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!

Hey, I've gotta run. There's free beer and hotties down at the pool on this 5 day layover in paradise! ;) TC

I'm mostly a lurker on this board, but I have read many of her posts with amusement, and sadness for the guy that's married to her. And I use the word "Guy" loosely, because she probably keeps his balls in a lock box.:)

Yeah I am mostly a lurker as well...but I enjoy reading material in this forum. The least amount of negativity as well it seems.

Are you reading the same board that I am?? :D

Just skip over her posts or use the ignore feature....I do. Then again, if you don't have any reason to be on the frac board, it's generally best to avoid it. For me, it's more of a necessary evil.

Signed,

A corporate pilot stuck in a frac pilots lame ass job. ;)

Yeah your right. I should have avoided it, but the "hey whats on the other side of the fence got the best of me" and the 800 pd gorilla and I are still going at it over trivial bs to say the least. Anyway its a neighborhood I'll stay out of from now on. I've learned my lesson for sure.

Country

She sounds like a very bright lady....too bad its's being wasted fighting a fractional Jihad....and please no offense to our brave troops, religious groups, those that draw cartoons, etc., etc.

I feel the need for hug coming on.

After reading an hrs worth of "union" BS on the frac board this morning. Let me say it's nice to be on the "corporate" side of life. Lets count our blessings!

I have been cruising the boards for a couple of years now. I recently found out that the company that I am flying for is selling the jet. I will be out of a job at the end of the month.

Although I have not found a new position yet, I can tell you that I did post it on the board and recieved many PM's and replies to my post. The atmosphere here is different and is a welcomed relief. I hope to be able to stay on the corporate side of things.

Corporate Board

TC, I'm with you. I have a couple of friends who fly for NJI and they see it exactly as that ... a seat grab and it pizzez me off mightily.

If you and your partner are in the L.A. area and you are going to hook up with English, HMR or any of the classy folks in these parts for a tasty beverage, please let me know. It'd be a honor to meet ya.

TransMach

TMach--Before I wanted to layover in LA, I couldn't get away from the place. Since then... :(

I'll give you a heads up once I get a chance and get stuff going. TC
