Well, here is what you do hopefuly you kept some old rejection that were sent to you.
Then what you do is look at the various styles they used,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, copy what you like then read it over to make shure it makes sense.
In this area, i would be very shure before i sent any thing to a future employer, even if at this time you have no interest in working for them.
May be you schould just send them a card thanking them for their interest, but at this time you have decided to move in a different direction at this time, mite not want to burn any bridges in this day and age.
I was thrilled to receive your letter dated 2/3/04 and appreciate your offer of employment. Circumstances have changed since I first applied for the position, though. I regret that I must decline your offer.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I hope you will understand the necessity of my decision. Should future circumstances allow me to apply for the job again, I trust you will consider me for the position.
Very Respectfully,
Meek Pilot
OK, I just made that up... how's that for starters?
I would be shure to check it for spelling, as you mite wind up applying for the same job later. You don't want them thinking, as they read your rejection letter, "Wow, what a moron. I'm glad he saved us the trouble by not taking the job."
I especially like the part about "thanks for the job, but go F- - - yourself. Oh by the way, if things don't work out, can I have this job offer back?"
