Trickle down to MESA when, in 2010 when they sign their next contract.......for 1/2 of what everyone else makes. Mesa giving support is reminds me of the simpsons episode when the teahers go on strike....
Crapapple "Good news everyone, the piano tuners local 235 has joined us in a sympathy strike."
And they show one guy leaning up against a truck with a sign. Who the hell needs MESA. Christ they are one of the reasons MESAB is having a hard time getting anywhere.

Mesaba 2425 is not a pilot for Mesaba, he is a management mole that trolls the message boards trying in inspire dissent amonst the pilot community. His postings aren't worth the time it takes to type them.
Agreed!! We at Mesaba appreciate any and all support from our Airline brothers and sisters--whether they are ALPA or not. When it comes down to it--we're all airline pilots fighting for the same cause...period! And whether we wear a blue,black,brown, or even pink uniform for that matter--it's reassuring to know were being supported in our efforts.

I just find it hypocrytical that everyone bashes Mesa's deal, including some Mesaba pilots, on this board and now they want their support.
Dude--just shut up. You really show your ignorance when you open that hole in your head. Your comments, though protected under the bill of rights and free speech, doesnt protect how moronic your comments are!

Is mesaba2425 a Crew Scheduler or mgr. of crew scheduling over there? If so, that would explain alot...
Most Crew schedulers hate pilots for all kinds of weird reasons ranging from jealosy over failed pilot careers to jealosy over hating their job and wishing they could be doing the flying instead of calling lists of people who won't answer and DEFINATELY won't return the call...
Some SCrew Schedulers just like the fact that they were hired from a newspaper add and have complete and utter control over the lives of highly trained professionals...
Regardless, that would be very "Scheduler-esqe" of Mesaba2425 to be trying to ignorantly stir up the pot here...

As has been said, this individual is not a Mesaba pilot.
Please, please do not think that every pilot at Mesaba is nothing but grateful for the support of our Teamster friends at airlines like Horizon, our UTU counterparts at Big Sky, and all of our ALPA Brothers and Sisters, including the pilots of the MAG.
I have been very humbled and impressed with the level of support coming from all corners of the country. You are all welcome to come and join us in the picket lines starting late friday night if the next 33 hours do not produce an agreement.
From a real Mesaba pilot: Thank You.

Otto Coarsen, my views are my views so dont worry about what i think. Mesa's contract sucks, thats my opinion. And thats what these boards are designed to do, create an open forum for opinions. If you are gonna get this offended because different people have different views then you need to go elsewhere, like the Hitler youth board. At least there you'll all have the same opinion.

Touche' on the "as profound as my lumping all Coex pilots together cause I met some schmucks" Good point... I have done that over the past few days and I appologise... The guys I do know from there are narrowminded and simple, much like Mcpickle and I drew the parallel because of these similarities...
