I know, they are not hiring, but I thought I read where someone mentioned Atlanta flying for Texstar(?) Surely you guys didn't go that far east did you? Or am I losing my head? Anyway, Texstar is still gonna get my resume because I want to get back to Texas like you can't even imagine!! Denton rocks!! I've got the address and the fancy resume paper so you can't hide from me!!

...thats the rumor, and in Cessna 404's too ;)

Whats this?????

Jeff, I thought you were having fun in the Baron. To tell you the truth, you are in a much better place now than you would be if you flew there. I know most of the guys there, and they are all great, but the pay is worse than what you get now by far.

want to go home

Noel,

Hey buddy, hows everything going? Yes, I love the Baron and we do get paid pretty well here at Flight Express. But i did take a big paycut to fly the Baron (no choice in the matter) and now it is costing us $270 a month to fly my daughter back home to Dallas from Nashville so she can see her real bi... I mean mom. So we could save that money plus my wife and I could actually see our families again. As it is with the paycut, we cannot afford to go back home at all now and we're missing our friends and family. I would just like to smell Texas again!! Can you put some in a bag and send it this way? Send it with Airnet, I'm not sure if it would make it here on FRIGHT Express!!!!!

Take care,

Jeff

TD, I'm not sure if there is really such a thing as a "nice" piston freighter. I guess if both props keep spinning and stay attached that is a "nice" piston freighter!!!!

hey 210,

...love your sig :p

anywhoo, for 1500 a month MAX, and having to put up with the Atlanta stuff, id say your better off where you are.

check your PM's for another idea...

Just say NO to TEXSTAR

Stop and turn around, don't even think about it, look for pistons in Dallas like, GTA, Telisis, or stuff farther south in SAT or something. JUST SAY "NO" to TEXSTAR, and yes I am yelling. Check you mx and accident records.

Oh, and xXxpress1 I am with you, screw thoses Quackers, Stars 2004.

Flame Bait

SO how can this company survive with three incidents? You guys must be making this up. No FSDO in Texas would turn a blind eye to this. This has to be nothing but bait.

Not This Topic Again!

Well here is the count, four in all.

One lands in SAT gear shear and then a wing fire, N11NX later rebuilt - definately a phoenix story there somewhere maybe?

One loses wing in flight on final aproach vectors OKC - so much for the pre buy inspection?

One goes in Del Rio - Cotter Pins we don't need no stinking cotter pins well not on the elevator trim at least. Only had a casual relationship with that one.

One goes in just out of Denton - Only got the cliff notes from the guys from Dallas on that one.

Let's put this one to rest. Talking about it has not done a bit of good.
