question for you guys, if the air temperature is +6 degrees c at an elevation of 700 feet and a standard temperature lapse rate exist, what will be the aprox.frezing level? thank you all

Better yet...what is the standard lapse rate above the tropopause in the northern hemisphere between November and July. Refer to figures 21A, 22, 27, 39, 23.5 and 58.3

Fig 58.3
Airport Elevation....6800ft MSL
Aircraft category....lighter than air

Fig 21A

conditions show saturated air
haze layer is above 4000MSL

Fig 22

Crest is the choice of toothpaste of most dental professionals

Fig 27

pressure altitude is 29.92

Fig 39

You have a 10,000ft runway at sea level, half tanks, its -45C. In your C-152 can you take off and clear a 50ft obstacle before the approach end of the runway?
