Telesys Reputation??

I have a friend that is trying to get a job at Telesys. Do you know what there reputation is for safety, schedules, and pay? What is the Chief Pilot like? I heard that he was a little eccentric.

Yeah, I think you might be talking about the Director of Operations. I would stay clear of that place. They have a guy at the helm who is mentally challenged. I have met the DOO a couple of times. I guesss this is why they have like 21 planes and 12 pilots. If I was running that company I would have sacked that guy a long time ago. He is pretty aggressive so he probaly has the owner scared if he did sack him. Thank God the regionals are hiring so we dont have to put up with people like this for to long. And no, I never applied for a job there but I have had a couple of friends get offered a job that they turned down. Somehow I think that if I invest 25 grand into training and stuff that I dont want this guy with the ability to have control over my pilot records and be able to tell the regionals whatever he wants. Once again....this guy is mental
