Anyone know what GIV Captains make and how their crews are treated at TAG?

I flew a Hawker for TAG for a pt 91 operator. Though its been almost 6 years, the pay and benefits were very good at the time. I only remember the ton of paperwork they required for trips and expenses, etc. Minor in detail. Overall I had a good impression and would entertain going back if I needed too.
