How is TAG Aviation viewed as far as reputation with you experienced pilots out there? Good benefits? Safety? Etc...

I have met many of people from TAG and all are very proffessional and content with their jobs. Training is about as good as it gets, full contract FSI every six months, etc. As far as I can remember, they usually ask for a quite a bit of time for employment, but like companies SHOULD do, they compensate well for it.

I flew with TAG on a managed Hawker out of MKE a few years back. They were a great group to work with. Training was what you would expect including a week of indoc at SFO. Pay and benefits were good. We were treated very well on the road but that may have been a result of a good base manager.

I might still be there if it were not for a merger shortly after I came on board and not wanting to potentially be out of a job.
