I just read an article about Swift Air based out of Phoenix in AIN. I know that it operated a bunch of Citation Xs at one time - but I am not sure that it still does. I am familiar with Flight Options picking up a bunch of Citation Xs - maybe from Swift Air. A few questions:

1. Does Swift Air jet charter still exist - is it part 135?

2. Does it still operate a fleet of Citation Xs? If so, how many and where are they based (all in Phoenix or elsewhere)? If not, what types are operated now?

3. What are the working conditions there like? Good, bad and ugly - also, how's the pay vs. other 135 outfits?

4. Who flies the 757 and 737-400? Are they hiring onto the Boeings?

Thanks

I talked to their 757 guys around Christmas time last year. They are all retired, furloughed or part time from America West. It sounds like the 737 may also be the same way.
