SWA's FAs Please Help

My sister is currently applying to SWA as a FA and am asking if any current or former FAs for SWA has any info you think might help her, please feel free to share or PM me. What types of things do they look for? If she gets an interview are there any sites she can check out before she goes to get a heads up on what she'll be asked? Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks.
