SWA Update Proc?

Anyone know what the update procedure is with SWA? Is there a particular form to fill out? If so, where do I get one? Not that I was particularly expecting this, but I haven't heard from them in quite a while. It's definitely past time to update.

It depends

If you're in the SWA pool, you need to speak to Lindsey Lang @ 214-792-5446

If your one of the thousand plus wannabes waiting for an interview, there is no update. SWA doesn't use updates for wannabes as they merely add more paper to their already crowded files. Hence the upcoming on-line applications.

If your a wannabe and you have a change of address, phone or e-mail you can fax the info to the People Dept. @ 214-792-1169. Call Lindsey after you fax the info to make sure they got it.

Rumor has it the new on-line application begins around January '04 and everyone will need to reapply on-line so get your ducks in order now.

I would hazard a guess that if they are going to interview based on currency and competiveness etc and not strictly when your app made it in--then all those that have a 737 type and are currently flying would come to the top of the pile--but only a guess.

Hope 2004(or sooner) is the start of good things to come.

Can anyone in the know please tell us if we currently have an app in will we have an advantage when interviewing/hiring resumes-or when we all have to re-apply to the online app-will the original dates we got in line be all for naught?
