SWA Interview calls

Do the invitations for a SWA interview originate in Dallas? Do they call you on the phone, or send an email? I have heard before that some phone calls come from the chief pilots at various bases, but didn't know if that was for a job offer or for an interview. Thanks

They send an email to invite you to an interview. Chief Pilots call after the decision board has met and you are picked.

2 tidbits for you .....

A friend of mine just got an email last week for an interview July 15th......

From the last job fair I attended I heard with my own ears.... you will be notified with an email for an interview, if you do not respond to that email, SWA will attempt to contact you with any other information that you have provided them with starting with a phone call.....
