By the way, I thought that the "fat" (to be politically correct, I think you mean "height-challenged") SWA Capt said "SWA would NEVER do that...." about charging for bags, which wasn't the issue here. That, of course, begs the question, what exactly were you referring to that SWA would never do (in your post above)?

Did you mean SWA would never make a pricing mistake, or screw up a sale?

Did you mean SWA would never get caught for such a mistake?

Or did you mean that SWA would never use an avatar picture (and a random narcissistic quote) of the biggest raging d0uchebag on television, as a symbol of its identity online. You know, just to indicate one's integrity and moral virtue.

Both you and Red are soooo sensitive. I thought that commercial and the corpulent Capt were instant classics. You know, most commercial try to show "fit" employees (look at recent DL and now recent SWA commercials), and that "People's Court" commercial wasn't flattering at all. As I stated, SWA recently got the message from the rest and made them more aesthetically pleasing to the viewing consumer.

I know why they used that phrase in that commercial, and I doubt that will hold. They still do it at AT, which is owned by SWA. We'll see, but I use that phrase for a reason, and I will continue. Have a great one!

On an anonymous board? I bet you're right. On the line? Oh yeah. But, I haven't flown with everyone. The 757/767 fleet has thousands of pilots, and people move onto other fleets all the time, which is something that you obviously don't understand, since SWA only has one fleet and all. (Thanks for the 717s btw, DL's first is being painted in MIA right now, and your company is paying for it).

Double pay on your days off to fly trips. The ATL MD88 B (FO) yesterday had 27 I believe. Very short staffed on that plane because they started taking a lot of their pilots to start training on the 717, and didn't backfill with newhires. Instead, they are paying a lot of greenslips.
